FIREARM TRANSFERS
The law requires that every firearm that is ordered online (or from a store located out-of-state) to be transferred to a Federally Licensed Firearms dealer. They will then contact you to complete the 4473 (Background Check) and you can collect your firearm. We make sure each transfer goes as smoothly as possible. It may seem a little intimidating, but it's an extremely easy process.
First, purchase your firearm from any online dealer. We may already be on file with the retailer and you can select us to facilitate the transfer. They may require a copy of our FFL prior to shipping. You can download a copy off our website, or you can email us and request a copy be emailed directly to them.
Once the firearm has been delivered and is ready to pickup you'll be contacted to let you know it's ready for pickup. Just because it's delivered doesn't mean it's ready. We have to process the firearm and get it logged into our system. Typically, the transfer will be ready within a couple hours of delivery.
IMPORTANT TO NOTE
The firearm will only be transferred to the name that is on the invoice.
All transfers must be picked up within 60 days from when the item is ready for pickup. The customer will be charged a $15 storage fee on the 1st of every month thereafter. At 120 days the item will be forfeited and sold to cover storage fees and other expenses without compensation to the transferee. If you are unable to pickup the firearm and need it held longer, it's typically not an issue as long as you keep us updated.
